I would like to thank you all for everything that you have done in helping me on the path to feeling better both physically and emotionally. I started coming to the Norcross THC in med October for sever headaches and neck and shoulder pain that I had been suffering from for years. I have seen specialists, pain management doctors, physical therapists, had steroid injections, and radio frequency ablation. One day in the mail I received a mailing all about the THC medical centers. After reading it, I thought this is exactly what I have been looking for and it was. THC understood what I needed and has given me a solution, not just a short term fix. Since I have felt this way for so many years I thought this was “normal.” However, they are showing me and retraining my body to what “normal” really is, so that I can have a headache free and neck pain free life. I myself have seen the pain in my neck and shoulders significantly decreasing and my headaches are few and far between. I would recommend anyone suffering from daily pain to come and see the team and Norcross Total Health Care. They will make a world of difference in your life again. My Experiences and Thoughts Regarding The Medical Center on Spalding: On June 29, 2003 about 12:30 AM I had a very severe motorcycle accident. In layman’s terms I broke my neck. In medical terms, my spinal cord was crushed from C6 to T2. I was wearing a high quality helmet, which likely saved my life. I flew through the air over 47 feet. My son, following close behind, quickly dismounted his motorcycle and leaned over me. He asked, “Dad are you okay?” I knew my neck was broken, could only move the 4 fingers on my right hand . I only said, “ Don’t pull my helmet off.”
The decision was made to airlift me to the Atlanta Medical Hospital. Stayed in ICU for over 48 hours, could breath and talk , but could not move. Surgery was done, grafting bone from my hip and adding metal rods, screws and nuts to hold my neck together.…It was my lucky evening when seeing Mandy and another young woman at a Publix supermarket. They were offering ‘trigger point massage’ to anyone with pain in back or neck. After a brief session Mandy suggested that I come to the Medical Center for evaluation . That was in mid April. We tried to schedule 3 sessions weekly when I was in town. Many times business trips would only allow 1 session per week. The good staff at the medical center did many, many different treatments. At first progress was slow and frankly I was discouraged. My family doctor was treating the symptoms; The Medical Center staff was treating the cause of my nerve damage. …In early July, I begin to notice some reduction of the pain. I was able to walk about a mile without the stinging and numbness creeping into my groin. That had been a serious problem ever since the accident. On or about 18 July (my 68th birthday) I awoke and for the first time in almost 25 months I had no stinging in my hands and feet. The cold and numb feeling continues, but is slowly getting better.
I believe that God is working through the Medical Center to make my life better. For that I am, thankful. I can hardly wait for each new day to arrive and rejoice in the lack of pain and the slow but sure improvement of the cold feeling in my hands, feet and legs.

When I visited my family doctor with a very painful neck problem to the point that I could not turn my head, he sent me for an x-ray, then an MRI and then to a Neuro Surgeon who tried to send me to a pain clinic for cortisone shots. My doctor said that I had arthritis and a bone spur in my neck and that a chiropractor could not help me, but they could send me to the pain clinic to get shots to make it more comfortable.
I spoke with Dr. Mark Daniel, and he looked at my MRI and he said he thought that he could help me. I came to Total Health Care three times a week for almost 10 weeks, and I am feeling so much better without drugs. I can turn my head and I feel much more energetic and less depressed.
I really am glad that I decided to try this first before I went to the pain clinic, they have really helped me and everyone there is very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable of the muscles and bones in the body.

Total Healthcare has been adsolutely fantastic! I had been experiencing extreme neck and shoulder pain; with pins and needles and burning in my hand which meant endless sleepless nights. I had been through many doctors and had MRIs and had been on several medications, steriods and muscle relaxants included non of which worked. I saw an advertisement for Total Healthcare and came for an assessment, and I have not looked back since. The staff here are fantastic! So caring, helpful, and genuinely interested. In November of 2009, I started experiencing severe neck pain that heating pads, ice packs, and even the strongest non-narcotic pain relievers would help. I could not sleep when completely exhausted, and my work and quality of life was suffering badly.
I read an advertisement about the Total Health Care, and how they bad both Doctors of Chiropractic and Medical Doctors on staff, and that they treated the whole body. I had never been to a Chiropractor before, but several people told me that they had very good results with Chiropractic, so I made an appointment.
I was skeptical at first, but when I was diagnosed with severe nerve compression at two points in my spine, one of which I had not told them about, I gained confidence in their ability to help me. After only a week of treatments, the pain started to go away, and in three weeks was gone entirely. This was amazing to me, and far above my expectations.
Dr. Mark Daniel is gently amazing with his manipulation of my neck and spine, and Hamri was very effective in physical therapy, so much so that I have fallen asleep during therapy. I thank Dr. Mark whenever I see him for the way my outlook on life has changed so dramatically with the absence of pain.
I heartily recommend Total Health Care and Dr. Daniel, especially if you are new to the science of chiropractic. They will make a believer out of you, as they have of me.

Approximately seven weeks ago, Total Healthcare professionals came to my office as part of a health fair. I took advantage of several of the fair's free activities including the spinal assessment and massage. Unfortunately, the massage was not what I expected. Instead of being relaxing and enjoyable, it was painful and tender.
I made the recommended follow up appointment with Total Healthcare the following week and was stunned to find the curvature of my neck had begun to degenerate. I always knew that I carried my “stress” in my shoulders and neck, but I was unaware of the damage that this had caused over the years. Tension headaches, aching neck, shoulder, and back muscles, the occasional severe headaches brought on by muscles in my nack and shoulders cramping were all based as a result of this degeneration.
When the treatments began, the consisted of injections into trigger points, massage, neck traction, chiropractic adjustment, exercises, and electrical nerve stimulation of the area. I was treated three times a week for six weeks. Initially, I severely disliked parts of the treatment, such as the massage. It was painful, and I would ache afterwards. However, after about two weeks, I began to notice that I didn't ache as much and I could move more. I began asking the therapist if she was massaging me not quite as hard as she had initially. She said that my muscles were beginning to loosen up and the treatment was working.
As today is my last day, looking back I can say that I have not had a tension headache in over a month. The last headache that I had, the therapist massaged it away in a matter of three to five minutes. The chiropractic care was great, but without the other components, my muscles would always pull my spine out of alignment as soon as the stress started. The combination of the treatment plan components has worked well for me, and I would recommend to anyone.

In early November I developed fairly severe neck and shoulder pain. I visited the Total Health Care facility in Norcross, Georgia in hopes that they could identify the cause of my problem and help reduce or eliminate the pain. After their analysis, it took about two to three weeks of therapy for the pain to subside such that I could resume normal activities without significant pain. I now have very little pain, but do continue to have some soreness and aching in my shoulder. I do feel that the therapy has helped considerably and that the soreness is now just a minor aggravation that will eventually do away. The staff has been very thoughtful and helpful throughout my therapy. I would recommend Total Health Care for anyone that has problems of this sort.

I began treatment at Total Healthcare Medical Center in October 2009 due to what was later diagnosed as an injury sustained and improperly diagnosed and treated in January of the same year.
To characterize my injury as excruciatingly painful would be an understatement. I’d been bedridden for four days prior with crippling muscle spasms in my lower back and only agreed to seek chiropractic treatment on the recommendation of my fiancée, another very satisfied client of Total Healthcare.
My reluctance to seek chiropractic care was based on my previous experience with another group that resulted in my leaving the practice in even more pain than when I went in for the initial treatment, however, both my fiancée’s recommendation and my level of pain made me reconsider this course of action.
The staff at Total Heathcare was amazingly empathetic; treated my case with the appropriate level of urgency and immediately launched an effort to mitigate my pain through a combination of traditional medicine and chiropractic manipulation and therapy – an amazingly effective combination of treatments. While I was still in pain after my first visit (Dr. Daniel literally carried me on his back to my car!!!!), I left with a reassuring sense that I’d found the right practice group to treat my back problems.
Subsequent visits included a detailed and long-term recovery plan that was patiently and thoroughly articulated to me by the amazing Dr. Mercante – who has been treating me ever since - in addition to physical therapy and chiropractic manipulation.
The compassion and efforts demonstrated by the physicians, physical therapists, and the front office personnel on every visit is beyond compare! In some respects, it’s sad that in this day and age we’ve come to view this as something extraordinary as opposed to being expected as the norm.
I can’t truly begin to express my appreciation to everyone at Total Healthcare. My recovery has been extraordinary – I’m back at the gym; back on the tennis courts; and Dr. Daniel no longer carries me to my car!!! Many, many thanks to all of you.

I am an engineer here on business from Japan. I am unsure of what exactly happened, but last week I started experiencing lower back pain. After about two days, the pain had become completely unbearable. One of the persons that I worked with told me about the wonderful care she had received at her doctor’s office and I called and they were able to get me right in.
When I arrived at the clinic on 9-14-06 I could barely move. I was in excruciating pain with every step I took. The doctors took great car e of me. By the time I left the office that day, I was still having pain, but it wasn’t as severe and I felt very encouraged. The doctors prepared an aggressive treatment plan where I was seen daily and received injections. I am returning to Japan today and after two days of treatment I was actually able to walk upright and today after six days of intense treatment I feel tremendously improved. I am able to walk even run without difficulty or pain. I am so incredibly grateful to the doctors and staff of Total Health Care Services. I cannot imagine what I would have done or what shape I would be in without their help and care.

I still remember my first call to Pretty the day after Christmas. I was in a lot of pain down both legs and lower back. She was extremely helpful and got me in that morning! That day a treatment regiment was planned and we got started with the injections and therapy.
To all of you Doctors & staff, your concern and professionalism is amazing. You really take each person individually and try your best to figure the best way to help their particular problem. Although we are not to the end of my road as yet... I do see light at the end of the tunnel. I would & have highly recommended your practice to anyone I speak to in need of pain relief!

My Name is Betty T. I was having severe back pain constantly. If I sat for a long period of time or stood on my feet even walking around it felt like my entire spine was impacting. When I first started coming to the clinic back in November of 09, my lower back was in bad shape. I had been to other health clinics, but received very little results. One thing I do not advice is waiting until you are 32 to get the scoliosis you know you have had since you were in grade school treated. Wait a minute! Is this one of those things I should blame on my parents? Maybe I should go to a psychologist next, but I digress…My back has always bothered me. As I have gotten older, coupled with the increasing stress I was under with work and just life in general (sometimes I totally hate being a grown-up!), I developed painful migraines. It had gotten to the point where I was probably keeping the makers of Excedrin Migraine in business all by myself. I had only been to chiropractors twice in my life and each only one time. My last experience was not pleasant, the guy in my opinion was a quack, and it scared me away from seeing another chiropractor for a few years. But my pain had gotten to be too much again, so I finally broke down and asked my primary care physician for a referral. It was important to me to find an office that also performed massage therapy in addition to basic chiropractic work. I was referred to Total Healthcare, specifically Doctor Mercante. Now, after almost four years the fantastic staff has helped me tremendously! If I had not started to get treatment, I would probably have arthritis in my back now, before the age of 40. I rarely have migraine headaches anymore and my back does not bother me nearly as much. After starting my treatment by going to the office three times a week, now I only have to come in about once a month – for regular maintenance ;o). My work schedule is hectic, as I travel a lot for work. Anytime I call, they are always willing to squeeze me in. I love coming to the office, the staff is like family… that you actually get along with! And it is nice to go somewhere everyone knows your name, kind of like Cheers without the alcohol! Or in my case, where you have a nickname that everyone knows you by. Thank you so much to all the staff at Total Healthcare!

I have always lived a very active life and enjoy exercise. As part of that life, I had learned to live with daily minor back pain. In July 2009, I had been training to complete my fifth consecutive Breast Cancer 3-Day walk for several months. This is a 60 mile walk and always a physical challenge. Nine days before the event was to take place, I woke up with such severe back pain that I could hardly move. Thank goodness for a friend that recommended Total Healthcare. Your team was able to evaluate my issue and set a treatment plan almost immediately. I could not believe the improvement in my back after just a few days of treatment. I was able to walk the full 60 miles feeling better than ever. Since July, I have completed five months of treatment on both my lower and upper back. I am now in a maintenance phase of treatment and feel great! I will turn 40 years old in a few months and I am looking forward to this decade being even more active than my last.

For many, many months I suffered with back pain and joint issues that distressed me very much. My orthopedic doctor prescribed much medication, which did nothing to relieve my pain. I was not able to get a full or restful night's sleep and had difficulty motivating during the day.
At the end of June 2009, I read about Total health Care in a local paper, and decided to try them out. That was the best thing I ever did. They were able, with therapy 2 times a week for 14 weeks, to relieve most of my pain without a lot of medicine. Only the problem in my right shoulder did not respond., after consultation it was decided that surgery was the only answer. I had 4 procedures done at the same time, then 4 weeks later went back to Total health Care for rehabilitation of the surgical shoulder. Now, almost 5 months later, I can truthfully say, that I am about 90% free of pain.
The entire staff of total health care was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my pain. I cannot praise or thank them enough for the way I now feel. I will recommend this facility to everyone that I know, with aches and pains, and if I have future problems I will definitely return for further treatment.

I first learned of Total Health Care from an advertisement in the local newspaper. The ad touted the establishment as “not just a typical Medical facility.” Truer words were never written! Not only does the THC staff work with Joints and the spine to restore optimum health, but there are physicians available to consult with you, and even therapists ready to massage away the stressors and trigger points caused by life. And PTs to do the rest.
I was in terrible shape before coming to THC. A motorcycle accident several years ago had finally taken a noticeable toll on my body. The pain in my lower back was excruciatftig, especially when I lay down each night. In addition, a throbbing pain in my right hip bone rendered sleep impossible to attain.
After my third visit to THC, however, the pain subsided, and I was able to sleep pain-free. For months I had endured the incessant pain, not knowing that relief would come shortly after I walked through THC’s doors. Is it any wonder that I have recommended Total Health Center to all my co-workers and in-laws? THC cares about the whole you, and they work to get you feeling better so that you can live your best life.

In my quest for the cause of my severe HIP pain that radiated down my leg and into my foot, I was given prescriptions for pain and a muscle relaxant. I was also X-rayed and given an MRI. It was determined I was suffering from Spinal Stenosis and was then given a treatment of steroid injection about two weeks apart. I was told if these injections did not give me relief, which they didn’t, the next step would be an operation on my spine. I was never quite convinced the problem was strictly coming from my spine, so when I read the ad from the Total Healthcare Services about being misdiagnosed, I decided to get another opinion from them. I have had about 14 treatments thus far and am very much improved. When I began treatment the pain had gotten so severe I was limping and could only walk short distances. I am still under the doctors and physical therapists care and am sure I will make a full recovery without the need of surgery, which I feel should always be the last resort!

Total Health Care has been my saving grace. I am a female in her late 30s that also works in the health care industry. I fell 10 years ago and hurt my low back, my hip and my pelvis. I have sought treatment over the years, ranging from chiropractors, surgeons, orthopedists, pelvic specialists and spinal / neurologists. Some of them caused me more damage and injury. The responses I received were also diverse. I was told nothing was wrong, it was in my head and even to get pregnant. I have had X-rays, MRI's and nobody could find anything wrong.
My flare-ups turned more painful and more frequent. I was at my last hope when the flyer came in the mail. I called and made an appointment I hopes of finding relief. Dear Chanelle and Dr. Daniel:
I want to say thank you to you both and the entire staff at Total Health. I have been coming twice a week for about 5 weeks.
My life was consumed with pain and fear, when my dau n law saw your newsletter and asked me to read it. Pain all day and all night. Fear, that I would have to endure yet another knee surgery. Thus far I have had two total replacements and two infections, one was in the bone.
First, I was grateful for the kindness of the staff and how they made me feel so comfortable.
Just before starting treatment at total health, I had undergone 11 days of detox and 30 days at a rehab center in California, to get clean from over four years of pain medicine. I was addicted to oxycodone and percoset.
When I started at total health I was taking lyrica and tramodal. I am now taking less than half of the medicine, I was on. No longer am I awakened from sleep due to pain. I am not using my cane anymore.
I am involved in so many actitivities, I feel alive for the first time in years. I am truly enjoying my life each and every day. May God bless each of you, my heartfelt thanks to you.

I recently had the privilege of treating at their Norcross facility due to back/neck as well as left knee problems. The past few months, I began experiencing numbness and tingling going down my left arm to the fingers. This was constant, and became so bad that I could not lie down on my stomach. Further, over the past eight years, I have undergone four left knee operations (ACL reconstruction, 2 medial meniscal repairs, and 1 medial collateral repair), resulting in lack of mobility and/or cartilege. Suffice it to say, I suffered daily from arthritic pain, adn cold not weight bear on the left leg. I could not run and had difficulty walking even short distances. I am 45 years old, and used to be be active in sports (was a collegiate athlete), so being non-ambulatory had resulted in an increase of excess weight as well as a general feeling of malaise.
After speakign with the doctors on staff, I underwent chiropractic treatment, as well as Supartz injections in my knee. After three weeks of treatment, the back and neck pain had completely resolved. Further, the Supratz shots were so effective that I am now playing in a 40+ Basketball League (yes, there are leagues for old atheltes such as myself) and am able to move the following day, which has amazed both me as well as my wife.
In conclusion, I thank the wonderful staff at Total Health Care for what what they have done for my future. I went into the treatment plan hoping to find some relief from the pain, and they exceeded all expectations. I am now relatively pain free (at my age you can never be truly pain free), and am engaged in numerous atleletic activities on a daily basis, such that I have lost twenty (20) pounds in the last six (6) weeks. I fully recommend Total Health Care to anyone suffering from knee, back and/or neck problems. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Well, before I had came into Total Healthcare I was heavily considering surgery on my left knee because of all my years in playing sports finally caught up to me. I already had surgery on my right knee three years ago and I was very reluctant on getting another surgery. At this point I would have both knees irritating me out of my sleep due to continual soreness. I was also getting back spasms in my lower back and it would effect the rate I in which I could do around the house. I felt that I should be going through this because I am not even 30 yet.
The so-called therapy I was getting from other places seemed like a waste of time and money. Then, wife told me about Total Healthcare coming up to her job and she recommended that I try it out. I went for the initial visit and I didn't realize how damaged I until after the initial visit. I did not have many options, so I decided to try it out.
I realized that it was a process and it would not happen in one visit. Gradually, I started to notice I could do little things and it would feel a little better (i.e.: walking up stairs, sitting with my legs bent with an extended period of time, and being able to clean around the house without have to worry about spasms within my lower back. I did not have the constant trembles after trying to keep my leg outward. I realized that it works better than I could imagine.
I would definitely recommend this to other people because the staff is very professional and they are not rigid like regular doctors you would go to get check ups. The Medical Doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, administrators, schedulers and other doctors are all great caring people. I do feel that I am headed in the right direction working with Total Healthcare - Norcross.

Before I started my rehab services at Total Healthcare I suffered excruciating knee pain 7 discomfort for about 10 years. Two years ago I had surgery on my knee and in less than a year I was back having the same pain symptoms and discomforts. I was taking pain medications regularly to get through the workday. I have a very complicated schedule and my daily duties including climbing, standing for long periods of time, heavy lifting and repetitive pushing & pulling heavy loads. Since I have been receiving treatment at Total Healthcare, My knee pain & discomfort has subsided considerably. The need to take multiple pain medications to get through my workday has stopped and now I feel as though I have my life back! Thanks to Total Healthcare I feel like I am unstoppable and no challenge is beyond my physical limitations.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In November 2009, I received a mailing from Total HealthCare. For many months I had suffered with pain in both of my knees and the mailing interested me since it had a discussion of Supartz treatments. I had conducted Internet research on knee pain and had considered similar treatments to alleviate my pain. Arthroscopic surgery had been performed on my left knee in 2002 and on my right knee in 2006. While I had some relief post-surgery from the 2002 procedure, any benefit from the 2006 surgery was extremely short-lived. I decided to visit Total Healthcare’s offices in Norcross to have an evaluation performed.
I first met with J.C., the case manager, who explained that x-rays would be taken and a consultation would be held among the medical professionals to diagnose my problem and map out a course of treatment. J.C. did explain that they had determined that a multi-faceted approach worked best and that meant that the suggested course of treatment would include not only the Supartz injections, but physical therapy and chiropractic treatments as well. I’ll have to admit that I was somewhat reluctant to proceed on that basis as I am somewhat particular as to how I spend my “free” time. Nonetheless, I decided to permit the evaluation and returned the next day for the diagnosis.
I was diagnosed with moderately severe osteoarthritis in both knees. J.C. seemed extremely knowledgeable and succeeded in convincing me to undergo a series of treatments that extended over a three month period. I am now in the last week of my treatments. Needless to say, after thirty visits, I have become extremely familiar with most of the personnel at the Norcross facility.
Laura and Pretty are the two ladies who check patients in, log appointments and make sure that patients are moving efficiently through the system. I don’t think I ever had to wait longer than ten or fifteen minutes before receiving treatment; that’s pretty remarkable considering I made over 30 visits to the office; they do an excellent job.
LaTasha handles insurance matters for the practice. I experienced some unusual insurance issues during the course of my treatment. She was extremely professional and it was a pleasure to work with her.
Chanelle and Hamri provide physical therapy for the patients. These ladies are professionals that care about the patients and this is apparent in the matter in which they provide care.
Dr. Mark Daniel is one of the two chiropractic doctors at the facility. He is gregarious, puts patients as ease, and provides excellent, caring treatment.
I finished the series of five Supartz injections on my right knee approximately four-and-a-half weeks ago. I experienced some pain reduction after about the third injection, but the pain returned by week five and I was concerned that the treatment had been ineffective. Last week, three weeks after the last injection, I experienced marked improvement in the right knee. Tomorrow is my final injection in the left knee and I have already experienced significant pain reduction.
While I am not pain free, overall the treatment provided by Total Health Care has been successful and has resulted in substantially less pain in my daily life. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Health Care to individual seeking quality healthcare services.

I had my left knee replaced about 4 years ago. It was painful and bothered me for about a year before I decided to have it operated on. It turned out to be a success. I am now 75 years old and recently my right knee was giving me a lot of pain and I had to stop playing tennis. I saw a flyer on the Health Care Center about knee pain and decided to try them before having another operation.
After 6 or 7 weeks of therapy and shots on the knee, the pain has lessened greatly, and I started playing tennis again--doubles of course, but what do you expect at my age.
Thanks for the treatment. It helped me a great deal!

I came to Total Healthcare on March24th with TMJ, tremendous jaw pain and ringing in the ears, headaches, neck and shoulder pain. After explaining my symptoms, a consultation was told they could help me with treatments. Within four to five visits and I was beginning to feel better. As of now my jaw pain has been relieved, this was such a relief for me. I am grateful for coming to Total Healthcare. I want to thank the entire staff for their support, kindness, and patience for the nourishment to maintain my health. The level of care I have received at Total Health Care is second to none. I presented in the fall of 2005 with acute pain after a severe auto accident. My F250 truck landed amongst trees to give you some idea of the impact. Within weeks the great staff at Total Health Care not only had my body back on the path to wellness, but my attitude as well. I just wanted to say thank you to the Total Healthcare Staff in Norcross. In June, I went to a podiatrist because it was so painful for me to walk. The doctor put in me a boot and sent me to a physical therapist in the area because he had never dealt with a 31 year old with severe tendonitis in both feet. I was unhappy with the therapist and the sessions were very expensive. Total Healthcare came to my job and did a presentation. I immediately set up and appointment with them. They told me if they can not help me, they will be honest and tell me. No money spent. The team ran test and had a meeting to discuss how they could treat me. My treatment was for 10 weeks. Every week I got better and better. The insurance department contacted my insurance company and worked everything out so that I could take home amazing equipment to treat myself even after my 10 week session is over. The whole process was stress free. What an amazing staff, what an amazing journey to my healing. I will recommend them the any and everyone. They worked together as a team to get me back in shoes again!

When I first came for a visit to THC in August, I was having severe pain in both my elbows. I am an elementary school librarian so I am constantly moving an lifting things. THC was my last hope. I had visited an orthopedic, Physical therapist, rheumatologist, and acupuncturist for my pain & none of those places were able to help. I was sceptical but hopeful since I didn't know where else to turn. I began treatment 3 times a week with trigger point injections, PT, & Chiropractor adjustments. I had good days & bad days as I went along. By December I had little to no pain in my elbows. It has now been over a month since I've had treatment on my elbows and they are still holding up. I highly recommend THC, it is a commitment but so worth it when your pain is treated & gone.

During the spring of 2009 I was walking my Chocolate Labrador when he all of a sudden he took off the other direction chasing after a cat and pulling my arm with him. As a result I suffered pain and numbness in my right arm and elbow for several weeks. Te pain was terrible and affected my work, sleep, and daily routines. I had seen an ad for Total Health Care in a flyer at work so I called to check them out. The person who answered the phone, Christy, was so helpful and explained that their purpose was to help as many people as possible to get better naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. I then made an appointment and met with Dr. Tara for a consultation. X-rays were taken and each physician worked together to design and implements a specialized treatment plan that was best suited for me. I began treatment immediately.
I must say that the decision to get health care at Total Health Care was one of the best decisions I could have made. The therapists Amy and Dana performed Physical Therapy, Ultrasound, Transcutaneous Electrical nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Massage Therapy. I received chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Chris Williams. I treated for approximately two and a half months, approximately three times a week. Then all of a sudden one morning the pain was gone and my elbow was healed! I couldn't believe it.
The staff at Total health Care is simply wonderful. The specialists and therapists are so caring, friendly and professional. From the minute I walked in their office I felt I was part of their family. I appreciate the excellent care I received and would recommend Total Health care to anyone who is suffering from any type of injury or pain.
