Prior to the start of each day, our multi-specialty team meets to discuss the patients who are receiving care to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of health services possible for each of our patients. PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical Therapy (PT) is considered a conservative treatment method addressing the treatment, healing and prevention of injuries and disabilities. PT focus primarily, but not solely, on pain relief, promoting healing, restore function and movement, facilitation and adaptation associated with injury. Other areas that are focused upon within PT are ergonomic (body mechanic) training, fitness/wellness, and especially education. You'll enjoy state-of-the-art equipment and appreciate our one-one-one supervised care. Focus is placed on stretching tight muscles, and strengthening weakened muscle groups, and the overall improvement of cardiovascular function. TRIGGER POINT INJECTIONS

A Trigger Point Injection (TPI) is a procedure used to treat painful areas of muscle that contain trigger points. Myofascial trigger points are localized areas of tenderness within affected muscles, typically following a traumatic or repetitive stretch injury of the muscle, such as whiplash or excessive keyboarding.  The basis for the trigger point injection is to relax the intense area of muscle spasm. PERIARTICULAR TREATMENTS

Chronic inflammation in the body can radically degenerate joint cartilage and other connective tissue if the degeneration is faster than the bodies ability to repair it self. In an attempt to repair it self the joint will attempt to heel it self but often times the repair is faulty and overgrowth occurs, as in bony osteophytes, also called bone spurs.
